I purchased the laser cap and started using it early January. Within the two weeks the charger stopped working. I contacted customer service and Amy responded to my email. she walked me through a few troubleshooting steps to see if it could be fixed. When that failed Amy promptly sent me a brand new charger with no hassle. I really appreciate how professional and helpful Amy was. it’s reassuring to know they stand behind their product and take care of their customers. I highly recommend this company.
Battery works fine but the charging cord was not included. I am waiting for the cord
