Growth Promise Policy
1–365 days from receipt
Returns 1–365 days from the date of receipt are not allowed. No exceptions.
365–395 days from receipt
Our laser caps are designed to deliver results through consistent, long term use. Because hair growth cycles take time, the device must be registered and used for the full 365 days before requesting a return under the Growth Promise.'
To be eligible for the Growth Promise, the laser cap must be registered within 45 days of receiving it. Registration requires submitting 1 clear before photo that documents your starting point. Customers who do not register their device within this timeframe are not eligible for the Growth Promise refund program. Register here.
If you do not experience hair growth after 12 months of consistent use, you may request a refund between 365 and 395 days after receiving your cap. Refunds are normally subject to a 25% convenience fee.
However, the 25% fee will be completely waived if you provide monthly progress photos during your year of use. These photos help our research and development team better understand results and continue improving our products.
To Qualify for the Fee Waiver
You must have registered your device within 45 days of receipt and submitted 1 clear before photo.
You must submit 12 clear monthly progress photos taken during the year of use.
All 12 monthly photos must be included when you request the return.
If the required photos are not provided, the refund will still be processed but will include the 25% convenience fee.
How To Request a Growth Promise Return
Email support@illumiflow.com between 365 and 395 days after receiving your laser cap. Please include your name, order number, serial number, your original registration confirmation, and your monthly progress photos to receive your Return Authorization number.
Once your Return Authorization number is issued, the complete laser cap package must be returned within 10 days.
Additional Conditions
- The laser cap must be used for the full 365 days to qualify. Refunds cannot be issued for partial use.
- Only 1 person per household may use the Growth Promise.
- Customers who have previously returned a device under this policy are not eligible again.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any disputed or chargeback transactions void eligibility for the Growth Promise.
- The 365 day usage period begins on the date the laser cap is delivered.
- Supplement and accessory sales are final.
Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
The laser cap is covered by a 2 year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Illumiflow will repair or replace components of the laser cap, up to full device replacement, for issues that occur within 2 years of the delivery date.
This warranty is void if the product has been misused, altered, or used outside the provided instructions.
During the 2 year warranty period we will replace 1 battery, 1 cord, and 1 charger at no cost if they fail under normal use.
