Illumiflow Shipping Policy

Shipping - Most orders ship via USPS/FedEx within 2-3 business days. We often ship on the same day the order is placed. Note: we are currently experiencing additional processing times for the 302 and 272 Pro XL models (7-10 business days).

Delivery - Orders will be delivered within 2-3 days of being shipped (depending on location) from shipping date.

International Orders – Customs/Duty Charges and Shipping Notice

  • Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from illumiflow. 
  • When placing an order for delivery outside the USA, please be aware that the international shipping charge that appears in your Order Summary DOES NOT include Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty that is assessed in the country your order will be delivered to. Such Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty will be collected AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
  • If the package is refused by the customer, Illumiflow reserves the right to deduct from any refund that is due all return shipping fees and applicable Taxes, Customs and Duties.
  • By placing an order for delivery outside the USA, you agree to the foregoing terms and to pay all Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty at the time of delivery.
  • Please be advised that your purchase is charged in United States dollars and your credit card company may charge you a small fee for converting currency.
  • International orders ship via USPS or FEDEX and do not have a delivery time frame due to customs. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duty taxes. Again, we cannot guarantee a delivery time frame for international orders due to customs.
