Hello,

Thank you for processing my order on a timely basis. The overall quality of the print and base construction are good.

However, there is an issue - I have asked to make sure that whites are REALLY WHITE, not grayish or dull. Unfortunately, that didn't come out correctly. I have a very bright wall space painted pure white, next to the floor to ceiling window, where I planned to hang this picture. When I place the picture there it shows how grayish the brightest parts of the picture are compared to a white wall. Similarly, the blacks are also dull and not well pronounced. That takes a lot from the quality of this image. The contrast compensation should have been made during the printing process since the online (displayed on the monitor) view and actual printed image are always different.

I planned to print more similar large fine art b&w images with your company, but prints like this don't meet my expectations.

I have had good success with the Illumiflow, but my battery wouldn't stay charged. It was replaced without delay and I am back to my regular sessions. It is working great.

began using cap again....anticipating great results! lost @ 6 months waiting for new battery. Hope this new battery wont break down like the last one.

Battery is not connecting right in the usb port so it will not correctly keep the lights on. This is the third battery this has happened on. Each replacement battery goes bad quicker than the original 😔
