I had an issue and the support team was great at diagnosing and sending a replacement that fixed the issue!

The first battery I was sent was apparently defective upon my request. They quickly sent me your replacement battery. Very happy with the service. Thanks, Vic.

The replacement battery is working well. I am hoping it will last very long so not to replace it
again!

Amy has been great helping out and has been very responsive. Unfortunately we still have a problem we've tried two replacemnet batteries with no success. We are thinking perhaps its a problem with the power cord attached to the cap hopefully not a problem with the cap! Again Amy has been very helpful!
