I received a flat battery pack whereas I thought the 148/272 battery was more block-shaped, which is what originally came with my illumiflow. The flat battery pack works fine with my illumiflow helmet. However, my flat battery pack is down to one of four blue dots in terms of power and doesn't seem to be charging. I'm not sure what's going on.
Order the replacement battery ... Illumiflow charged my credit card... didn't receive any confirmation on the order or delivery status... tried calling the number...tried emailing them but the address was invalid...
This new style battery is a great improvement from the old style.
MUCH BETTER THAN PRIOR MODEL . LOOK EXCELLENT AND WORKS GREAT . VERY HAPPY WITH IT
