As usual. Not received. As of Nov 25 2024 shipping info statement says “on its way”. Order was confirmed on Oct 24 2024. I have not have use of my cap since April 9 2024 with the exception of a few days on and off when you sent another battery that didn’t work. Absolutely disgusting service. Would never recommend your company. While the cap works…its of no use when you can’t supply a way to use it. Is constantly sending batteries that don’t work your way of honoring your warranty? Cap was good while I had a working battery. Unfortunately all the progress made with hair improvement was lost.

Cord doesn’t match the battery and the batteries defective , it’s been eight weeks and I still have not got the right product from you people

I loved my cap at first. My battery died after 3 years. I have 2 new replacement batteries & 1 new cord. Neither will charge in any outlet with either cord. So disappointed

I received a replacement charger and it works great. No problems. Gret service

I am able to use my laser cap again. Thanks to my new charging card. I was afraid I needed to buy a new laser cap but I was able to charge my battery and continue using my laser cap. Thanks
