I am able to use my laser cap again. Thanks to my new charging card. I was afraid I needed to buy a new laser cap but I was able to charge my battery and continue using my laser cap. Thanks

It doesn’t work!

I've replaced the battery a year ago. I replaced the charger 6 months ago. Either one or the other or both no longer work. I've emailed Illumiflow about a dozen times They never respond! I've called several times. They never answer!
Save your $1000+ dollars and seek a different company to purchase a Laser Cap!!!

I cannot tell you how absolutely wonderful this company is! Initially we thought it was the battery that went bad, but it was the charger. They stood behind their product 110%. Kudos to my Illumiflow and their customer support team! Johnette
