Don't even bother buying from this company- no customer service whatsoever!! I haven't used it period since the day it arrived. It arrived DOA and no replacement no return postage nothing- they sent a new pluf in a bag and guess who crushed it?? USPS- not even 2 day mail. So absolutely don't buy from this company!

Working with a knowledgeable representative I was sent a replacement cord. The company definitely stands behind their product. The new cord fixed the issue I was having. For me the only drawback to working with Illumiflow is they only communicate via email. Other than that I am very happy with the product and their customer service.

I love illumiflow. It has really helped me grow hair. Replacement of cord or batteries service is wonderful.
