I never got the battery that I paid for

The battery is working but I have to put the hat on backwards and run the wire over the top of the hat in order to get the hat to operate.

Battery stopped working suddenly. A rattle sound inside. Thank you so much for replacing the damaged battery. I could definitely see how successful my illulmiflow cap was when I didn’t have it for a few weeks. Thanks for your help
