Maybe not the battery...

The new battery arrived promptly in the mail. I was excited to get back to my laser cap routine. I charged the new battery up and began using it. The same results began happening. It would beep 6-9 times and the lights would go out. This happened every time I reset the plug etc. Amy has been very helpful with this whole situation. Yesterday per her instructions, I've mailed the entire hat, battery and plug back to the warranty department for trouble shooting.

Defective Product

The original battery stopped working within a year but I was told it was not covered under the warranty. I had to purchase a replacement battery. The new battery arrived and will not stay on even though it is fully charged.

I love my cap but the battery! Not so much! Have continued problems with the battery. This is my second replacement. This is a pain. Wish they could come up with a better battery!
