Problem Not Fixed, Rebate not Sent as Promised

They sent the replacement part very quickly but it did not fix the problem and they never sent my rebate gift card as promised. Have to request another replacement part.

Relatively quick from US to UK once dispatched. Thought the exposed wire on original cable was reason for my 272 ceasing to work but replacing failed to fix.

Thought laser cap didn’twork anymore

I own this laser cap for four years and it started shorting out on me.
It would work, but when it was plugged in to the battery, if I moved it all it would short out.
I contacted customer service and got a new power cord going from the cap to the battery.
I think it cost me like $10 and now it works like a charm and it’s still going strong after four years.

I am impressed with this product and glad I did not decide to go with a more expensive version that cost twice as much.
This laser cap has been an outstanding value, and my hair is holding on strong
